Return & Refund Policy

20-Day Returns

1) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We accept returns within 20 days of delivery, provided that the items are still in their original packaging. We will issue an exchange or a full refund, including shipping, for any damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us directly at momomeowmarket@gmail.com for assistance. Once our customer support has received your request, please follow the instructions provided by the customer support team to return the product. Once the return is received, we will inspect the product and issue a refund. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable. Refunds may be issued either to your original payment method or issued via a Momo's Meow Market eGift Card. Depending on your banking institution, refunds to original payment methods may take 3 to 5 business days to process. 
2) Not Satisfied With Your Product
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse. We will issue a full refund for the cost of the returned product. You will need to ship the return using your preferred carrier at your own expense and the item must be returned in its original condition. Contact us at momomeowmarket@gmail.com to initiate the return process within 20 days upon receiving your item(s). Please note that final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  1. Please contact us directly at momomeowmarket@gmail.com for assistance. Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging and damage parts. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. Once our customer support has received your request, please follow the customer support team’s instructions to return the product. 
  3. Once the return is received, we will inspect the product and issue a refund.
