Shipping
All items are shipped locally from within the U.S. After being shipped, they generally arrive within 3 to 5 days.
No, we are unable to ship to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All items are shipped from within the U.S. Please allow 1-3 processing days. After shipping, most customers can expect to receive their items within 3 to 5 days.
No, we currently only ship to contiguous US. We may ship internationally later on. Please subscribe to our newsletter to receive any news.
At times, the carrier may scan the package for delivery before it is out for delivery. Kindly allow an additional day for the carrier to complete the delivery of your order. If you have not received your order after this period, you can either file a claim directly with the carrier or reach out to our customer service team at momomeowmarket@gmail.com.
Return
Returns and exchanges are accepted if our product fails to meet your complete satisfaction. The returned items must be in new condition and they should be undamaged.
